Contract Agreement

This agreement applies between you, the User of this Website and Courtney Quinn/Coaching with Court. By accessing the use of this website you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software is created by Courtney Quinn and owned by Courtney Quinn. You are agreeing to not share with anyone.

You agree to not copy the work, content, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, digital downloads, and content.

Results Disclaimer

Courtney Quinn makes no guarantees to results inside the Queen’s Club Membership. Any examples and testimonials used are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of results. Results are entirely dependent on the person using the product/service and techniques.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your membership at anytime by emailing [email protected].

Queen’s Club Membership requires a 30 day cancellation notice for your payment to be canceled.

No refunds will be issued for time spent in the membership.

You are solely responsible for how you use your time inside the membership.

Confidentiality

I understand that any information shared concerning the members participating in the membership is to be kept confidential at all times.
This is a private and safe group space. Courtney Quinn has the right to remove any member from the membership that breaches confidentiality.
